JOB SUMMARY The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, and collaborating with various internal teams to drive organizational growth and profitability.

INTER-RELATIONSHIPS Employees, Managers, and Supervisors throughout the corporation, and various external customers, vendors, consultants, and governmental regulatory officials.

MAJOR TASKSReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities andtrends.Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling,and online platforms.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand theirneeds, and propose suitable solutions.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goalsand targets.Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and other teams to alignbusiness development efforts with overall company objectives.Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates on business development activities, salesprogress, and market analysis.Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve products/services andenhance customer satisfaction.Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS

STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE Topographic OM, Inc. in office Standard business hours is Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. The specific schedule for this role will be based on location and department.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Travel Travel 50% of the time.
