Your JobINVISTA's Specialty Industrial Materials Team is currently seeking an Account Manager - Industrial Fibers. This position will oversee account management of INVISTA's Industrial fibers business in North America and be responsible for researching the available markets, developing strategic account plans and negotiating price and volumes.Our TeamThe Account Manager will report to the Business Director and be office based in the Atlanta, Georgia area (specifically Kennesaw, GA). The role includes 20-40% travel, including overnight travel.What You Will DoCustomer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored solutions.Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial fibers market, collaborating closely with the Regional Commercial Director, New Business Development, Technical Marketing, End-use Applications Engineering, and key Plant Personnel to ensure comprehensive understanding of target accountsMarket Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential areas for growth and maintain a competitive edge.Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience building and growing customer relationships.Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, internal and external customersExperience in account management, sales or customer serviceWhat Will Put You AheadExperience in sales of technical fibers and/or technical fiber applicationsThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
