Global Fixed Asset Manager

to join our CFO organization in

Wichita, KS or Dallas, TX.

The Global Fixed Asset Manager will oversee global fixed asset processes and reporting, collaborating across capabilities to build efficient and sustainable accounting processes that facilitate strong internal financial controls and support business growth. This position will engage, challenge, and provide fulfillment to a candidate with strong critical thinking skills and economic focus, who enjoys collaborating with others, and who seeks to originate ideas that can provide new insights for our business.What You Will DoImprove accounting processes, knowledge systems and reporting tools with a goal of efficiency and sustainabilityUnderstand and develop working knowledge of US GAAP to accurately account for and report on construction in progress, fixed assets and depreciationCollaborate with tax and statutory reporting owners to provide support and serve as a liaison in the fixed asset spaceCommunicate effectively and build partnerships across the global finance organizationCreate and present ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting for a variety of internal customersSeek and share knowledge, identify opportunities for improvement, develop recommendations, and drive transformationAdvance the Principle Based Management (PBM) culture by applying and reinforcing the company's Guiding PrinciplesWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field5+ years of experience in related financial accountingExperience in a leadership role (influencing others, developing a team, leading transformation, project leadership, etc.)This role is not eligible for visa sponsorshipWhat Will Put You AheadExperience in fixed asset accountingExperience using SAP Fixed Assets and ProjectsExperience with data analysis and visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)Hiring PhilosophyAll Koch companies value diversity of thought, perspectives, aptitudes, experiences, and backgrounds.
