Senior Financial Analyst
to join our business finance team in Wichita, KS or Dallas, TX to support and develop a trusted business partnership with business leaders and its capabilities.Our TeamA successful candidate will build relationships with key partners working to identify and drive opportunities and strategic initiatives, an entrepreneurial mindset that can influence without direct authority, while driving transformation and respectfully challenging the status quo. This position is fulfilling to a candidate who thinks economically, critically, and enjoys working with a broad range of individuals and capabilities.What You Will DoProvide financial analysis that drives behavior to achieve business, capability, and finance visionsEffectively communicate and visualize the business results for leadership to drive profitable actionCreate and utilize efficient knowledge systems to support daily and long-term decision making within our businesses and supporting capabilitiesDiscover and apply new technology and processes to transform how value is created throughout the teamDrive economic and critical thinking capability within the financial reporting functionBuild Preferred Partnerships with key individuals within our businesses and supporting capabilities through regular interactions, and providing input and analysis on daily decision makingParticipate in our financial revamp project to transform business measuresWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degreeExperience in accounting, financial reporting/analysis, or data analysisExperience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, power query, data visualization)This role is not eligible for visa sponsorshipWhat Will Put You AheadBusiness experience related to the auto, electronics, chemical, or energy industrySAP or other large ERP, integrated system experienceExperience with business analysis and data visualization tools (i.e., PowerBI, Alteryx, SQL, etc.)Hiring PhilosophyAll Koch companies value diversity of thought, perspectives, aptitudes, experiences, and backgrounds.
