Job Description
We are looking for o9 Solution Architects to join our growing team. We are seeking people with a background in consulting who have implemented full end-to-end projects and have hands-on experience with o9 Technology both functionally and technically.
Enterprise Performance Solutions Practice
As an o9 Solutions Architect, a Kearney company, you'll contribute to diverse consulting projects, offering practical guidance to clients. As part of our planning practice, you'll enhance supply chain transparency and financial planning.
Location
Hybrid with core offices in Boston / New York / Dallas
Responsibilities
Lead full cycle o9 implementations, including requirement identification, scope definition, solution architecture, model development, process documentation, and product owner training.
Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and design tailored solutions using the o9 platform.
Configure, customize, and extend the functionality of any current o9 environments to meet updated client requirements and objectives.
Provide technical leadership by guiding development teams on best practices, agile build methodology and implementation approaches.
Mentor and coach junior team members in designing models and executing build tasks.
Provide presales support by conducting software assessment analyses and collaborating with Business Development to develop proposals for technology and process implementation projects as needed.
Deliver client-facing demonstrations of the o9 solution tailored to address individual client use cases, effectively showcasing its capabilities during the presales process.

Equipped with over 3 years of experience implementing integrated planning solutions with experience in o9.
Accomplished in supply chain planning, covering its core principles, operational workflows (such as demand projection, inventory control, and S&OP), performance metrics, and the latest trends and strategies in supply chain optimization.
Proficient in o9 modules, APIs, and integration capabilities.
Well-versed in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript, and adept in SQL.
Knowledgeable in software architecture principles, designing models, executing build tasks, and best practices.
Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze complex technical requirements and propose effective solutions; excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience in Agile environments.
Certified in L1 Functional, L2 Technical, and integrations specialist badge required, additional certifications beneficial.
