Position Responsibilities
Deliver profitable construction projects ranging from $15 million to $50 million or moreCoordinate with the Assistant Project Manager to set-up Contracts/P.O.'s, required testing/inspections, submittals/samples, subcontractor/supplier lists, project scheduleCoordinate with the Estimator on the project budget, project scope, potential problems such as critical items and/or special hazardsExecute owner contract as may be requiredExecute and track critical path submittalsSet times for the weekly site meetings and monthly progress meetingsOverall project review throughout the project on budgets and scheduleVerify all testing/inspections have been completed and meet specificationsPrepare project meeting agenda and meeting minutesWork with the AP/AR Manager to process owner and subcontractor billings, approve codes and their amounts, and release subcontractors after owner paymentFinal punch and close-out preparation for final billings, O & M Manuals, punch out completion, substantial completion signed, final inspection, occupancy certificates with the City and/or StateMinimum Qualifications
A degree in Construction Management or Construction/Civil Engineering/Architecture strongly preferredFive or more years of experience in ground up commercial constructionExperience with technology: ProCore, Timberline, SmartSheets, BlueBeamA safety first mindsetThe ideal candidate has the ability to solve problems with limited directionEmployee Benefits Include
