The Automation tools that we use are TOSCA and Selenium (Java)
Daily Responsibilities:This individual leads, plans, organizes, coordinates, launches and schedules testing, quality assurance (QA), quality control and governance for IT efforts, in support of corporate vision, mission, critical issues, tactics, goals and objectives.The incumbent works closely with IT and business associates at all levels across the organization, to mitigate risk and ensure that new or modified applications, systems and IT solutions function according to business and IT requirements and conform to established guidelines, procedures, and adherence to compliance. This includes business, security and performance measurements to ensure accuracy and availability.They will get to develop, implement and document QA and testing methodologies, metrics, processes and standards and conducts internal audits and Quality reviews.Responsible for recommending and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes, techniques and methods to improve quality and manage corporate risk associated with applications and information.What You've Done:
Experience in a position requiring the ability to mentor or provide feedbackAbility to solve complex problems and think logically and analyticallyExpert knowledge and experience with QA and testing best practicesExperience leading multiple projects simultaneously is strongly preferredExpert knowledge of and experience with IT tools, architectures, applications, for various platforms that include mainframe, web, and distributed effortsExpert knowledge of and experience with system development lifecycle, project management, quality and testing methodologiesExperience with setting up test environments is preferredExperience with creating and reviewing test data for QA/Testing processes is preferredExperience creating and presenting vulnerability and/or defects preferredExcellent presentation skills, including experience creating presentations, and effectively facilitating and presenting to varying audiencesExperience handling day to day decisions without guidance, including initiating action without prompting and work independently when requiredExperience recognizing and escalating major issues appropriatelyWorking knowledge and experience in qTest is strongly preferredBuilding automation suite using Selenium (JAVA), and Tricentis TOSCA is requiredExperience with the following technologies is a plus: Java, swagger, REST APIs, Angular JS, Jenkins, UCD, React, Bitbucket, QA Automation toolsHands-on Coding experience is a plusExperience in analyzing the performance test results is preferredAgile experience (Web and Mobile) is preferredExperience defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery is required
