Position: Natural Language Processing AnalystLocation: Charlotte4 days onsite Contract Length: 6+ months - likely to convertUSC/GC/Visa: W2Top Requirements: Natural Language Processing (NLP) or speech scientist background Natural Language Understanding (NLU) Training and tuning experience Analytical experience within tuning to find what is underperforming Nice to HavesBot experience (chat or voice) IVR Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This person will be responsible for reviewing the Natural Language Understanding (NLU), including looking at and mapping utterances, adding and revising synonyms and overall quality of language to improve NLU handling.
