Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:

This developer will be joining a team of about 40 working on call center technology, specifically virtual bots. This position will be building microservices for IVR consumption, eventually moving to conversational interactive voice recognition (IVR) using a vendor-specific tool. This person will not be working within IVR specifically, but rather in the tool (bot) to develop call flows, etc.
