Full Description:

The group is spearheading the implementation of Oracle HCM from PeopleSoft (legacy system). An SI partner is involved to help with the technical aspect of this implementation, but the team is looking to bring this knowledge in house. Currently, the organization has completed the design phase and are moving into sprints for configuration. This particular team administers the eligibility for retirement plans as offered by our client. The role will involve working with the benefits team on various retirement items. There will be daily meetings to work with consultants to set up and configure the new HCM. This will go on for the next year or so, and then the group will move into BAU. There will be some PeopleSoft components that the person can learn. There is no configuration experience needed.

Required Skills : Must be able to sit onsite 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC. Must be able to convert PERM (USC or GC) without the need for sponsorship.
