Job Summary

Kiva will depend on the delivery person to deliver cannabis products to the growing Southern California region. This position requires a person comfortable with being on the road throughout the day. As part of the team, the qualified individual will participate in the development of a fast growing operation.

Communicate with Manager regarding daily deliveriesMaintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in the presence of customersConfirm and pack all ordersComplete necessary deliveries to dispensaries throughout Southern California while maintaining scheduled appointmentsConfirm order accuracy with customers and verify order is consistent with invoiceResponsible for collecting payments and accurately count cashProcess the completion of orders on iPad while in the fieldHandle materials (lifting 50-55 lbs.)Create efficient driving routesResponsible for the maintenance of inventory and delivery vehiclesMiscellaneous tasks, as assigned by ManagerWhat we're looking for:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferredMinimum of 2 years delivery experienceMinimum of 5 years customer serviceMust be able to meet Kiva's motor vehicle requirementValid California Driver's LicenseExcellent customer service skills and attention to detail is requiredExcellent driving record is requiredStrong communication skillsStrong organization and time management skillsComfort with using iPad & personal cell phone for vendor communicationWork Environment

Driving In the field 90% of the timeCovering all of the Southern California territoryMust be able to drive in all weather conditionsPhysical Requirements

Work schedule is Monday to Friday -

Start times vary between 5am - 9amThis position requires driving for long distances and tolerating long work hoursSome overnight deliveries may be requiredAbility to safely drive large van/truckThe employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.The employee is frequently required to talk or hear; reach with hands and arms and climb or balance.The employee is frequently required to sit; walk; stoop.

$23 - $23 an hour
