Sorting Robotics Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager/Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Manager/Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts for our robotic innovations in the legal cannabis market in the US and Canada.Preferred: Must be comfortable with cannabis (preferred you enjoy it and have experienced it) as we manufacture robotic innovations for the legal cannabis market in the US and Canada.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.Prepare sales reports and forecasts.Maintain a high level of product knowledge.Attend industry trade shows and events.Manage sales and relationships in the western territory of: Alaska, Oregon, Washington, CaliforniaIf you are a sales professional with a strong track record of success and a passion for the cannabis industry, we would love to hear from you!You can view our website at www.sortingrobotics.comRequirementsQualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and/or Business DevelopmentExperience in the cannabis industry is a must.Ability to use cloud based platforms such as Notion, Airtable, Slack, CRM, and be able to learn new systems quicklyBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture or related field required.Cultivation, Greenhouse, Extraction, or other cannabis
equipment sales experience is a big plus!Experience using and maintaining a CRM software solutionAble to travel 25% of the timeAll employees are required to have had a minimum of 2 doses of the Covid-19-SARS-2 vaccine with proof of vaccination.
