Training typically happens at one of our designated sales hubs for a duration of 8-12 months. Upon successful completion of the rotational training program, you will be transferred to your designated territory. Relocation assistance is provided.

We currently have designated territories available, at completion the training program, in Birmingham, AL, Little Rock, AR, Northern California, Burbank, CA, Orlando, FL, Chicago, IL, Evansville, IN, Sterling Heights, MI, Kansas City, MO, Buffalo, NY, Cincinnati, OH, Knoxville, TN, Memphis, TN, and Houston, TX.

Skills to Succeed:

2 year technical degree and/or training in related field; B.S. Degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.Strong ambition to pursue a career in industrial or engineering salesSelf-motivated to take responsibility for your personal developmentMechanical interest and aptitudeRelated internship or co-op is preferredAbility to start work by or before Fall 2022Goals of the Program:

You will be responsible for developing and growing sales with new and existing customersDeveloping Time and Territory Management skillsBuilding and maintaining internal relationships with key support teamsHands on training and joint sales calls with experienced Account ManagersOngoing interaction with customers problem solving their specific issues and needsOngoing internal technical/technology trainingProduct training
