We are seeking an accomplished Account Executive with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive client engagement. The successful candidate will proactively address clients' current and future needs, guiding them through the sales process from feature presentations to overcoming objections and securing signed contracts. A key contributor to revenue growth, the Account Executive will uphold the highest standards in business relationships.The ideal candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for digital marketing strategy and execution. It is crucial to align with our organizational culture and values. We are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit, disciplined follow-through, and accountability to key performance indicators (KPIs) and processes. Conduct web presentations, document results, and plan and execute follow-ups extensively.Implement our defined sales process and methodology for each prospective client.Nurture leads through the sales funnel and client lifecycle using our CRM and other sales enablement tools.Stay informed as a subject matter expert in our industry and be knowledgeable about our competition.Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs daily to enhance sales performance continually.Represent the company at external functions such as networking events, trade shows, and business meetings.Possess a working knowledge of the sales cycle and buyer's journey specific to our target ideal clients.Embrace sales coaching, structure, self-improvement, and the importance of accountability to KPIs.Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and time-management skills.Exhibit hunger for success, tenacity in goal achievement, resilience to rejection, and a positive attitude in overcoming challenges.Apply practical knowledge of CRM software and MS Office/Google Suite.What you'll find here:
