Job Summary:

Mark Mazda of Scottsdale is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their vehicle purchase or lease process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive overall experience. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive base salary plus commission structure.

Responsibilities:Listen to customers' needs and assist them in selecting the right vehicleProvide detailed product information and conduct test drivesNegotiate and finalize sales or lease agreements with customersStay updated on the latest features, options, and incentives offered by MazdaConsistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets

Requirements:At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service preferredSales-driven mentality with strong negotiation and closing skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environmentValid driver's license and clean driving record
