Oversee sales performance, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management.
Represent the company at industry-specific events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and enhance brand recognition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales and business development, particularly within the oil and gas industry.
Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales targets.
In-depth understanding of the oil and gas industry and its key players.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven capability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team.
Expertise in strategic planning and execution.
Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and industry events.
