Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years experience in sales and business development, specifically within the railroad industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Comprehensive knowledge of the railroad industry and its key players.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client and industry relationships.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams.
