Position: Director of Business Development (Industrial Products)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Director of Business Development to lead our client'sinitiatives in the industrial products manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the industrial manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth within the industrial products manufacturing sector.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Maintain and expand a strong network of industry contacts to enhance strategic partnerships and business opportunities.

Lead the sales team in designing and executing sales strategies that exceed revenue targets.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of top-quality services to clients.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.

Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years experience in sales and business development, specifically within the industrial products manufacturing sector.

Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales targets.

In-depth understanding of the industrial products manufacturing industry and its key players.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
