What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of sales and business development experience with Federal Government customersBackground in Human Capital Consulting is idealExperience selling human capital services and solutionsDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed annual revenue quotasStrong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Federal Government capture processes and CRM systemsAdvanced degree or equivalent experienceStrong computer skills, including MS Office
