What Is Required (Qualifications)
5-7 years of experience in Account Management or similar customer-facing rolesExperience providing premium service to C-level clientsUnderstanding of Employee Assistance, Wellness, Mental Health, and Human Capital ManagementEffective problem-solving skills and desire to exceed client expectationsProficiency with essential tools and CRM applications
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Excellent oral and written communication skills in SpanishPrevious experience with HR, Wellness programs, or EAP
