What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the strategy behind the Digital Sales Representative (DSR) program, including rules of engagement with customers, program optimizations, and reportingMaintain reporting and systems for management to measure DSRs sales performance and productivityWork with Sales and Marketing to develop customer-facing DSRs and execute a digital strategy for customer engagementCollaborate with key functional partners to identify and prioritize initiatives related to digital salesProvide vision, direction, and execution of strategic initiatives and enhancements for the digital sales process
What Is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of related experience in digital selling tools and strategiesComputer literacy, including competency related to MS Windows-based applications
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degreeProject management experienceProficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
