Are you an experienced and results-driven sales professional in the full truck load (TL) freight brokerage industry? Join our expanding team as a freight brokerage customer sales representative in our new Denver office and take a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of our TL business.

Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify potential customers in the freight industry.Prospect for leads to build a pipeline including heavy cold calling.Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Set and exceed sales quotas.Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the company.

Skills

Proven track record of success in Full Truck Load freight brokerage sales.Previous open-deck sales experience preferred.Strong understanding of the transportation industry, including knowledge of freight modes.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.High level of self-motivation and initiative.Proficient in using relevant sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced freight brokerage TL sales person who is comfortable generating sales leads with new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand customers' needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.
