This individual must unquestionably be highly organized, process-oriented, and self-motivated.

What you’ll do:

Build repeatable and scalable integration plan templates and playbook that can be customized based on individual acquisitions or MSO clients to ensure timely execution of all deliverables.

Develop, track and measure applicable KPI’s and other leading indicators to ensure achievement of M&A and integration goals (e.g., profitability, payment timeliness, etc.).

Continuously review integration processes and plans and perform “post-mortems” or other similar activities as appropriate and make recommendations for areas of improvement to the leadership team.

Manage any ad-hoc projects related to corporate development, operations and/or another strategic initiative.

Serve as primary contact to the client and internal departments to coordinate integration efforts and disseminate information; facilitate clear communication of business needs and engage cross-functionally with internal / external stakeholders (e.g., HR, IT, credentialing, client, etc.).

Key Deliverables and Performance Goals:

Positive impact to ApolloMed team and client experience with implementation projects measured indirectly and directly via team-member engagement, post-integration surveys, and 360-degree team feedback.

Continual improvement on PMO Team tools, systems, and processes measured directly by iteration of specific tools (project plans, templates), processes (meetings, minutes, feedback gathering), and systems (knowledge management, project planning, communication).

Contribution to positive work environment and culture at ApolloMed/NMM measured by Integration team-member engagement, productivity, and growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.

1+ years’ experience in project management, operations, or related fields.

Ability to independently understand, oversee, coordinate across, and communicate clearly on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
