Position Overview:Simple Homes is looking for a creative Project Manager to directly support our efforts in the field. The ideal candidate has a willingness to approach problems creatively, is extremely organized, takes ownership over their work and is a strong communicator. They have an eye for detail, are just as comfortable digging into the weeds as they are developing long term strategy, and are excited about what we are building.Responsibilities:Pre-Con Support

Consulted on the constructability of contracted projectsResponsible for the operational logistics of contracted projects (including equipment and labor needs, power sources, lodging, weather impacts, transportation costs etc)Project Management

Responsible for coordinating with field supervisors to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budgetAccountable for all safety, quality, delivery, and cost decisions made on a site under their purviewResponsible for developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progressResponsible for managing communication of expectations for project goals to all internal and external personnel and documenting actual resultsResponsible for scheduling and leading project close-out processesResponsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with vendors, subcontractors and ownersResponsible for reporting on project progress weekly to department headsResponsible for meeting or improving upon revenue and profit margin goals as defined by Simple HomesLong Term Strategy Development

Responsible for working closely with Chief Operating Officer to design and implement a long term project management strategy that meets the needs of our rapidly growing companyField Management

Accountable for the work accomplished by the framing foreman on your job sitesResponsible for being the first point of contact for those framing foremanResponsible for providing quick and clear feedback (both celebratory and constructive) to field teams.Responsible for sharing any feedback from the field teams with the correct individuals in a timely and constructive manner.Other responsibilities as neededSuccess Metrics:
