Altus is looking for candidates to fill the role of Flight Software Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assistance to the primes and bus providers for their flight software development Provide technical expertise to the SVV LSEs for oversight/insight To be knowledgeable on all Tranche system components from an architecture and technical level Apply problem solving skills to identify and respond to system gaps proactively Maintains active awareness of baseline requirements, interfaces, and integration touchpoints to ensure the system progresses through all milestones and the Tranche achieves operations, transition, and system closure Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in STEM (science, technical, engineering, math) a must, master's degree desired Active Top-Secret clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI Minimum of 15 years of subject matter expert experience in software operating on SV's and associated and flight hardware. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and energetic environment. Strong oral and written communication skills
