What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in architecture, real estate development, finance, planning, or construction managementMinimum 3 years of related work or field work experience in affordable housing developmentStrong initiative, responsibility, and ability to work with various individuals and organizationsKnowledge of financing programs and construction processExcellent communication and organizational skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in residential architecture, finance, planning, or constructionKnowledge of public policies affecting affordable housing
