Senior Project Manager's
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Responsible for project administration and for providing overall project leadership to the Project Team (Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Engineer and other jobsite staff) in the execution of their duties.
Responsible for one or more projects.
Anticipate and manage project-related issues.
Involve senior management to assist in resolving project-related issues as necessary.
Market Company capabilities to potential customers and perform other business development activities as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
4 year engineering or business degree or equivalent-related experience, plus extensive (15+ years) experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required.
5+ years experience as a Project Manager on large, complex, or specialized projects.
Managerial competency, excellent communication skills, refined business judgment.
Exceptional understanding of Enterprise software, budget/commitment differentiation, cost projection procedures and cost control techniques.
SALARY AND COMPENSATION
In the $160,000 - $230,000 range, DOE. Eligible for discretionary bonus.
