The Project Manager:- is responsible for the efficient administration of one or more construction projects,- is accountable for project costs, profitability, and client relationships,- collaborates with the Superintendent to achieve project goals.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE4-year engineering or business degree or equivalent-related experience, plus experience/knowledge of construction, design, management, and finance.4+ years experience as a Project Manager on specialized or complex projects.Competency of Enterprise software, budget/commitment differentiation, cost projection procedures, and cost control techniques.Refined business judgment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities.Candidates with a strong knowledge of the local construction market or local area-based candidates strongly preferred.SALARY AND COMPENSATION$125,000 - $178,000 AnnuallyEligible for an end-of-year discretionary bonus based on individual and Company performance.About the Company:The company provides General Contracting and complete Project Planning and Management services through multiple locations in California.
