We are looking for Techno Functional Analysts with experience in Highjump WMS Platform implementation and support cycles. You will be supporting our customers located in the US in configuring, testing and troubleshooting the Highjump WMS business flows.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, supply chain optimization concepts and methodologies. Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and collaborator management. Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborators at all levels. Organizational change expertise, with the ability to drive organizational change and lead resistance to change. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with business processes, industry standard methodologies, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with technology solutions and tools related to such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) software, or Demand Planning and Forecasting applications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project achievements. Coordinate project resources, lead risks, and resolve issues. Collaborate with IT client teams, VCO Systems internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Champion effective communication and lead collaborator expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with supply chain and finance teams to manage strategic projects in demand forecasting, demand, supply and distribution planning and optimization, inventory management and demand fulfillment optimization in fabless semiconductor/hi-tech industry. Drive initiatives to optimize the supply chain, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs. Identify process bottlenecks, use standard methodologies, leverage technology solutions. Project Governance and Reporting: Establish project governance frameworks, including project charters, governance boards, and reporting mechanisms. Provide regular project updates, performance metrics, and status reports to key collaborators and senior management. Ensure project documentation is maintained and accessible for future reference. Develop strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Collaborate to develop communication plans, training materials, and collaborator engagement strategies to drive successful change initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization processes. Collaborate to implement standard methodologies, drive efficiency gains, and enhance performance.

Strong fundamental knowledge of supply chain concepts with a primary focus on Warehouse Management: Manhattan WMS, Highjump WMS Good Organizing and time management skills Experience in orchestrating large scale WMS implementation from requirement gathering, design, construction, quality assurance & go-live support
