The Senior machine Learning Engineer will be working on different aspects of recommendation and user growth new initiatives, and the product will greatly impact Weee! customer base by providing next-gen food shopping and sharing experience.Responsibilities:
Build machine learning/ranking models that leverage our unique data sources to recommend optimal product, offer, content and informationHelp identify new opportunities by applying machine learning and ranking techniques for improved business outcomesApply advanced knowledge of data extraction/processing and build complex modeling features.Own end-to-end flow from exploring your data, designing, training, testing, deploying, to monitoring your own modelsBe a self-starter, eager to learn, and motivated by a passion for developing the best possible solutions to problemsBasic Qualifications
MS or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as computer science, data science, math, statistics, or physicsTwo years applied machine learning experience in a professional setting, familiar with at least one mainstream deep learning framework, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.Proficiency in Python and/or other object oriented programming language and experience with ML frameworksAbility to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and deliver excellent resultsStrong communication skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications
Experience working with product teams, backend engineers and data scientists.Experience with one or more of the following: recommendation/ranking system, online advertising, information retrieval, natural language processing, large language model or related fields.Experience with A/B testingExperience in writing SQL queries against a relational databaseAbility to solve open and ambiguous problemsBenefitsComprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills, experience and work locations.
