Reporting to the CRO, the Regional Vice President (RVP) of SaaS (Software as a service) is a senior leadership role responsible for drive a key area of our ambitious growth strategy. You will be responsible orchestrating, scaling, developing, and executing the sales strategy to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and achieve our sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales organization, driving revenue growth, and contributing to our overall success. The RVP will strive to drive a results-oriented culture and will strategize, lead, architect, execute, manage, and continuously improve operational plans and processes. Responsibilities: Sales Leadership - Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, including Sales Managers and overlay specialist team. Drive sales pipeline development, management, and accurate forecasting. Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Market Expansion - Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments within the region. Assess and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to adapt strategies. As the leader, you will effectively manage this team to expand product saturation within our global footprint, build the customer base in untapped divisions of major accounts and displace competitors. Customer Relationship Management - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Ensure customer satisfaction and success through effective account management and support. Work closely with the partner ecosystem to drive benefit for all stakeholders. Develop key end-customer relationships to create opportunity, maintain loyalty and continuity, and improve overall quality of the sale transaction. Operational Excellence - Oversee the operational aspects of the region, including budget management, resource allocation, and cost control. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to align strategies and resources. Provide valuable feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing efforts. Performance Metrics - Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of regional initiatives. Regularly report on regional performance to the executive leadership team. Team Development - Recruit, train, and develop top talent within the region. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous
