Peregrine team is looking for a Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our team. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth.Full-Time 40 hours/weekRemote/ Hybrid- (with ability to travel throughout California)Pay: $50-55k (with bonus incentives)Responsibilities:Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention. Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Peregrine Team’s overall market opportunity.Requirements:1-2 years experience selling a product or service in healthcare or life sciences.Bachelor’s degree or equivalentExcellent ability to manage and build relationshipsDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goalsAdvanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiatingUnrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needsFamiliarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteTo Apply send resume to Careers@peregrineteam.com
