2401774DescriptionJob SummaryUnder limited supervision uses specialized knowledge and skill obtained through experience, specialized training or certification to serve as a resource for administration of a select group of qualified retirement and health reimbursement plans, which may include all aspects of plan design, overseeing day to day administration, Trust Accounting, participant notices, and plan documents.Essential Duties and Responsibilities•Assist to manage a select group of Defined Contribution Retirement and Health Reimbursement Plans•Oversee day to day administration, compliance documents and notices, and annual audits•Assist to manage retirement plan cash flow•Monitor and process daily transactions and data collection, including Loan, Distribution, Contributions, and Enrollment transactions.•Handle benefit payment requests with accuracy•Respond accurately to phone and email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner•Explain retirement plan features with clients and their employees•Handle Health Reimbursement claim review, approval and payment processing.•Perform project tasks independently•Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues•Prepare and review deliverables for accuracy and qualityQualificationsKnowledge of•Excellent problem solving including an ability to independently research and determine strategies to solve client needs•Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including Microsoft Office and established databases•Knowledge of the Microsoft Office products•Knowledge of Salesforce, OMNI, and WEX Cloud (not required but prefer)Skill in•Communicating effectively, both orally and in writingAbility to•Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines•Capability to learn new systems and processes•Able to prioritize, work independently and drive tasks to completion•Proactive customer service mentality•Ability to handle multiple ongoing projectsEducation/Previous Experience•Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or other technical majors and a minimum of three (3) to four (4) years of experience, preferably client facing and in the retirement industry.or•Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.Licenses/CertificationsTravelCompensationFor more information about Raymond James & Associates (RJA) and Northwest Plan Services (NWPS), please visit: https://www.nwpsbenefits.com/About NWPS:Acquired by Raymond James on December 24, 2020, NWPS Holdings, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries doing business as NWPS and Northwest Plan Services provide retirement plan administration services, recordkeeping, consulting, actuarial, compliance and participant services.Based in Seattle, Washington, NWPS provides high-quality service to benefit plan sponsors, participants and advisors and is committed to serving its clients.
