UMass Memorial Medical Center, the clinical partner of the UMass Chan Medical School, seeks a BC/BE Maternal Fetal Medicine faculty member to join our high performing academic division. The ideal candidate should have experience and enthusiasm for OB ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis, and high-risk pregnancy care. Interested candidates should also have an interest in teaching. An academic appointment and salary will be commensurate with training, experience, and achievements.

Practice Overview:

  • The division of Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) consists of ten fellowship trained perinatologists, two nurse practitioners, and three maternal fetal medicine fellows.
  • The team also includes specially trained nurses, sonographers, genetic counselors, dieticians, and social workers.
  • The entire MFM division is committed to training fellows, residents, and medical students, participating in clinical research, and providing excellent clinical care for women experiencing high-risk pregnancies, as well as women with medical conditions who are anticipating pregnancy.
  • Areas of interest include multiple gestations, hypertension, chronic heart or kidney disease, diabetes, seizure disorders, genetic concerns, previous preterm or difficult pregnancies and more.
