Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital is seeking an additional Anesthesiologist Medical Director to join our friendly, collegial, growing team in Muncie, IN.

Position Highlights:

  • Practice with several other Anesthesiologists and Anesthetists
  • 40% administrative and 60% clinical
  • Monday-Friday, clinical 7:30 am-3:30 pm, administrative 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 
  • Call 1:7; shared among physicians
  • Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
  • Case mix includes general, OB/GYN, plastics, ENT, CV-surg, interventional pain and neurosurgery

Qualifications:

  • Residency training in Anesthesiology required
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
  • Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
  • Cardiovascular training, experience or interest is a plus
  • Visa sponsorship available; H-1B
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, preferred
