- Group is open to Internal Medicine or Family Medicine training

- Guaranteed base salary range of $225,000 - $250,000 range
- Group has 3 doctors and 2 APP's currently
- Looking to add one more physician
- Full Benefits and sign-on/relocation is negotiable.
- EMR is eClinicalWorks
- Will average 16-18 patients per day (will be mainly geriatric based with some adult too)
- 2 production bonuses with one based on clinical quality measures and the other on revenue generated
- Group can offer some leadership options in the future if qualified and interested
- Call is negotiable
