Group was started in 1999.Looking to add 2 more physiciansEMR is eClinicalWorksWill average 16-20 patients per day (will be mainly geriatric based with some adult too)Your own patient panel managed by you and assigned Mid-level providersSchedule is 4.5 days per week with half day off for admin workMonday - Friday - 8 am - 5 pm with one Saturday morning a month seeing 8-10 patients.2 production bonuses with one based on clinical quality measures and the other on revenue generated20K retention bonus available during initial contract term.
