Pediatric Neurology Opportunity in Downtown Orlando, Florida

Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children is seeking a Pediatric Neurologist to provide non-surgical therapy to patients presenting with illnesses or injuries of the neurologic system including the provision of consultation and performance of Lumbar Puncture, Tensilon Test, and some additional expanded procedures. Our health services include a primary care medical home, long-term outpatient care management, multidisciplinary care, collaboration with the palliative care team, and facilitation of transitions from pediatric to adult-oriented health systems.

Qualifications:

  • Education: M.D., D.O. 
  • Completion of an ACGME or AOA Child Neurology residency and fellowship
    • Epilepsy, Neuromuscular Disorders, or Genetics 
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of  Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) to practice as a pediatric neurologist.
  • Unrestricted FL medical license (or the ability to obtain one) and DEA
