As a developer on our team, you will create cutting edge functionality and help to enable our team to be cloud-first. In this role, you will be an integral team member with outstanding communication, collaboration, and attention to detail. You will be counted on to write functional code and to work with others to design, develop, and maintain our software.

Job Responsibilities
Write clean, scalable code using our current technology stackParticipate and contribute to design, requirements engineering, scrum execution, and technical discussionsCollaborate with internal teams and assist with software design and architectureDevelop strong partnerships with business teams and other groupsDemonstrate the ability to test and deploy applications and revise, update, debug, and refactor codeDeliver the required capabilities per biBERK standardsEnhance the software capabilities by continuous improvement and innovationPreferred Knowledge
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Related field or equivalent working experience3+ Years of proven experience as a full stack or .NET developerStrong verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Commercial Property and Casualty insurance experiencePractical working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET CoreStrong design, coding, debugging and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication, collaboration capabilities, and attention to detailUnderstanding of architectural, design, and agile patterns and methodologiesExpertise with TypeScript, SPA frameworks (Angular, React, etc.) and Azure technologiesUnderstanding of CSS preprocessorsFamiliar with various design and architectural patternsExperience implementing unit testsAbout Us
