We are seeking a highly organized and efficientAdministrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will beresponsible for providing support to the team, including preparation ofcustomer and vendor invoices, inventory management, quality assuranceactivities and handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation ofthe office. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and beable to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day Tasks andResponsibilities include:

Administrative duties:Prepare and distribute customer invoicesResponsible for attaining proper approval signatures for all vendorinvoices, coding expense invoices andpreparing batch reportsInventory management - Responsible for entering scrap adjustments,inventory count and cost adjustments as approved by managementParticipate in physical inventory counts by preparing inventorydocuments and assisting inreconciliation of inventory discrepanciesAnswer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely andprofessional mannerGreet and assist visitors and clientsHandle incoming and outgoing mail and packagesFile and maintain electronic and hard copy documentsAssist with event planning and coordinationPerform light office duties, such as ordering supplies andmaintaining equipmentOther duties as assignedQuality Administrative duties:

Maintain all ISO Manuals, procedures, charts and records.Prepare requested data for monthly quality meetings. Recordminutes of all quality meetings.Participate in Management Review Meetings.Support Sales with Claims. Issue Debits/Credits to relatedclaims as directed by the Sales Manager orGeneral Manager.Support the General Manager in ISO audits as necessary.Support Sales with customer audits as requested.Participate in Corporate audits as directed by the General Manager.Required Qualificationsfor this Position:

Highschool diploma or equivalentMicrosoftOffice proficiency, including Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellentwritten and oral communication skillsExcellentorganizational, problem-solving skills, and time management skillsAbility toeffectively multi-taskOperatewith high integrity, maintaining positive relations customers/suppliersStrongwork ethic; self-motivatedOur compensation package includes competitive pay andvaluable benefits, such as:
