The primary objectives of this team include:Generating qualified pipeline through strategic Inbound and Outbound approaches to drive new revenue for the hiring company.Nurturing individuals to grow into future Account Executives and Leaders. The Account Development team serves as the foundation for the hiring company's AE team.Members of this dynamic team are characterized by their intelligence, dedication, competitiveness, teamwork, coachability, and ability to infuse fun into their work. This role offers a chance to be part of a high-caliber cross-functional team focused on building a transformative organization together.Key ResponsibilitiesQualify and schedule meetings effectively from inbound leads through the use of tools like Marketo, Outreach, and Salesforce.Drive the generation of qualified leads through proactive outbound prospecting efforts in both new and existing accounts.Engage in strategic research-based outbound prospecting utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Meet monthly and quarterly pipeline quotas consistently to support revenue growth targets within assigned territories.Implement the MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology for effective prospect and opportunity evaluation.Conduct comprehensive discovery conversations with prospects to understand their needs.Garner prospect interest through tailored outbound communications and multi-touch campaigns, demonstrating a high volume of strategic initiatives.Collaborate closely with Account Executives to identify and secure net new pipeline that leads to revenue generation.Position the hiring company's unique value proposition to technical buyers, challenging conventional norms.Articulate the value and positive business outcomes that the hiring company can deliver to prospects strategically.Address objections effectively and manage a large volume of target accounts efficiently.Research and comprehend different lines of business, industries, buyer personas, and their focal points.A Day in the Life of an ADRADRs serve as the forefront of interactions with potential prospects, engaging through outbound calls, personalized emails, and consistent addition of new contacts to prospecting sequences.Collaborate with Account Executives to devise strategies for engaging targeted accounts and scheduling discovery meetings.Engage in cross-functional work with the Growth and Marketing team to execute account-based campaigns and support lead gathering initiatives through live and digital events.Master sales productivity tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and Zoominfo to enhance efficiency.Participate in various meetings, trainings, calls, and product demonstrations, fostering a culture of shared best practices and mentorship.Cultivate a competitive spirit, seek opportunities to optimize productivity, and enjoy the vibrant team culture within the hiring company.Desired QualificationsHighly intelligent, motivated, coachable, and competitive individuals.Preferably 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in Account/Sales Development.Demonstrated experience in strategizing and prospecting into a diverse set of targeted accounts.Proven track record of achieving and surpassing performance goals, with a trajectory of continuous growth.Strong aptitude for business, effective communication skills, emotional intelligence, and confidence.Salary RangeThe salary range for Tier 1 locations, including San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York, ranges from $80,000.00 to $110,000.00.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision plans, wellness stipends, 401k program, parental leave.
