Manage and lead all phases of revenue capture projectsServe as a subject matter expert in revenue capture methodology and charge master principlesAnalyze data to detect trends and perform root cause analysisDevelop education materials and workflows/SOPsPresent information clearly and professionally to stakeholders
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of supervisory or project management experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to travel and work a flexible schedule
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Utilization of project management toolsEpic Certification/Proficiency in Charge Master Administration, Resolute HB, and/or Resolute PBCoding certification
