This position is a high-luxury resource aimed at directly and personally serving our owners by taking unparalleled product knowledge out to them, wherever and whenever it is best for their schedule. The Encore Specialist therefore helps to erase the line between an owner's experience at our center and an owner's experience with his or her new vehicle.What We Offer:

Welcome customers by making their journey to ownership a delightful experiencePrepare vehicles and host delivery appointments, including new owner orientations tailored to the individual customer’s needs and comfort levelSupport the Delivery Manager in delivery center operations, task completion and ensuring superior customer serviceRegularly follow-up and check-in with customers and timely monitor the vehicle registration processContribute ideas toward improving the delivery experience, as well as back-end processes and proceduresDemonstrate a mastery of all products and services, as well as local incentives for EV ownersKeep up with industry trends and best practices.Requirements:
Experience in automotive retail, a plusAutomotive finance and lease, a plusTitle and registration process experience, a plusExcellent verbal and communication skillsConsistent record of customer service excellenceAbility to work cross-functionally with sales, service, logistics, and admin teamsDealer Management System experience, a plusAbility to work across multiple systemsStrong organization and time management skillsWillingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volumeA valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record requiredWe are a Drug Free, Tobacco Free, Non-Smoking (including e-cigarettes) company and Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
