The Enterprise Sales Director will identify, capture and close opportunities to provide remote CX management, AI-driven technologies, on-demand, on-shore call center services to major clients . Identify and cultivate relationships and executive sponsors at the VP and C level and will be responsible for selling outsourced Contact Center services.

Remote – candidate must be based in one of the following states: TX, AZ, AR, CO, FL, IL, IN, IA, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN

Responsibilities:

Selling outsourced customer experience contact center solutions into major clientsOriginating and qualifying leads via cold-calling, networking, Social media, events and/or other sources and develop relationships with VP & C-Suite level executives within targeted markets and sectorsQualify major opportunities to be further pursued, create and implement sales strategy (value messages, relationship approach, competitive differentiation)The primary focus and objective will be to develop new business and buying centers within the assigned accountsDevelop and qualify leads into pursuits and close pursuitsLeverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositionsSpearhead development of project proposals, employ data gathering techniques and analysis in order to present proposed solutions to clientsMake significant contributions to the sales team and the company sales cultureManage client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing processDevelop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling Contact Center technology solutions (AI, Chatbots, CCAAS, Intelligent Automation, etc.) to the VP Customer Experience and other C-Suite executivesQualified candidates must have experience in developing new sales opportunities, supporting the formulating of solutions for sales proposals (including pricing, scope, and schedules) and closing large and mid-sized dealsComprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and the trends affecting outsourcing spendThis is a “hunter” role and qualified candidates must provide examples of their ability to generate organic revenue growth via prospecting tools and techniquesHistory of successful sales of services deals across multiple CX outsourced contact center industriesExperience in building and maintaining relationships with senior executives within assigned sectorExcellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skillsAbility to work in a distributed organizational environmentDemonstrated commitment to stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements across multiple business sectors / industries in contact center environmentsExperience selling on-demand, multichannel contact center outsourcing solutions a plusAbility to work in a fast paced, competitive sales cultureAbility to travel as requiredHigh level of personal and professional integrityExcellent attention to detail and time management skills
