POSITION TITLEERP Administrator

LOCATIONHybrid - Woodcliff Lake, NJ

OVERVIEWReporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the ERP Administrator will sit within Operations, working closely, particularly with IT, Technical Services, and Accounting Teams, but will regularly interface with stakeholders of all levels. The ERP Administrator is a subject matter expert who will maintain the effective use of Deltek Vision while developing future solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the administration, maintenance, and optimization of ERP system - Deltek Vision.Responsible for user management, security configuration, system updates, data integrity oversight, etc.Understand and participate in review of processes that collect, store, and utilize data in the ERP System.Support all teams to collect and extract data, train and maintain information.Troubleshoot, and respond immediately to security and usability concerns from staff.Develop and roll out an ERP training program and material for all level stakeholders.Research, review and implement updates and system enhancements including project management modules, BI and CRM solutions.Responsible for communication and change management of updates and system enhancements.Implement and upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality.Identify for review areas where the built-in tools may not fully meet the business need.Assist in preparing a roadmap and strategic plan for migration to VantagePoint or new ERP implementation.Manage database cleanup of old data (i.e. clients, contacts) while maintaining integrity of necessary legacy data.Develop customization to enhance system usability such as UDFs and workflows.Create reports and dashboards as required.Coordinate new software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users.Operational functions:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experienceMust have a minimum of 3 years experience working with Deltek Vision (preferred) or similar AEC ERP productExperience MS Power BI or similar tools preferredExperience working within an architecture, engineering, or construction setting is preferred.Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint and creating SharePoint GroupsAdvanced Excel skillsKnowledge of SQL Server or other related databases is a plusPossesses strong computer proficiency with office productivity suites and diligence with data entry tasksA strong focus on continued optimization, refinement, and strengthening of the Enterprise Resource Program (currently Deltek Vision) and successful user experience of this toolProficiency in prioritizing and managing all aspects of a large company-wide projectDemonstrated ability to work with functional leaders and team members to discover, document, design and implement business processes in an ERP application platform.Strong business acumenExcellent organization, communication, and presentation skillsContributes to a positive and productive team-oriented environmentDesire to learn and accept new challengesBENEFITS
