Network Technician I

PlanIT Group is hiring a Network Technician in Elk Grove Village, IL!Requirements:

2-5 yrs experience with the following:

Required:

Racking and stacking of network devices • Cable patching • Physical layer troubleshooting • Equipment disposal activities • Installing and troubleshooting Cisco and Avaya IP phones

Must have customer service skills, they will be working with the customers face to face

Must have a basic knowledge of Cisco Phones, switches and routers

Must have a basic knowledge of local and wide area networking

Preferred: Cisco CCENT, CCNA

Shift -

Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 4:00pm - 2:00am (However, shifts may vary or change to cover changes in site status)
