Manage project schedules to ensure effective resource allocation, meeting project milestones and deadlines. Optimize resource utilization through coordination with team members and stakeholders.
Overseeing Test/Assessment Execution and Reporting:
Monitor test and assessment progress, ensuring activities are executed as planned. Oversee data collection, results analysis, and timely reporting to stakeholders.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, minimizing potential impacts on project deliverables amidst rapid growth.
Stakeholder Communication:
Effectively communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, facilitating alignment and collaboration across teams.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established processes. Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
