As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and deploying scalable and maintainable web applications using modern and leading web technologies. You will be an essential member of our agile development team, contributing to tech and architectural decisions while fostering a collaborative culture of learning and mentorship.

Responsibilities

Develop maintainable and reusable code using OOP and functional programming methodologies, following architecture principles such as SOLIDAdvocate and practice test-driven development (TDD) and other solid engineering practicesDesign and build REST APIs to support front-end applicationsBuild and maintain single page apps using major JavaScript frameworks like Next.jsContribute to architectural discussions and decisions, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharingCollaborate closely with UX, product, and development teams to build world-class web applicationsMentor and teach other developers via pair programming and other collaborative learning methodsStay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and support adoption of new tools and practicesWork with the team to transition from our current tech stack to our future-stack, which includes modern leading web technologies like Node.js, React, and GraphQLImplement CI/CD processes and tools for efficient and effective development workflowsDeploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructureQualifications

6+ years of full stack development experience with a strong focus on solid engineering practices and architecture principles such as SOLIDExpertise in JavaScript, including ES6+ and one or more major JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Vue.js, React, or Next.jsExpertise in .NET stack and C#, with a willingness to transition to our future-stackExpertise in one or more server-side technologies like PHP, Laravel, Node.js, or similar frameworksProficiency with testing suites like Jasmine and Katalon, as well as with Scrum/Agile methodologiesProficiency with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitLab CIExperience with cloud infrastructure and deployment on AWS, as well as with monitoring tools like DataDog and familiarity with Elasticsearch is a plusStrong documentationHire Range/Rate:

$101,500 - $132,250Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below.
