Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints • Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement • You will be working at your own desk with your own computer and phone • Take incoming calls for customer needs, book service appointments, confirm appointments, and reschedule appointments. • You will be at your own desk using Service Titan Software. Basic computer and phone skills required • This will be an in person position at our office in Beachwood NJ Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Previous CSR skills are a plus! • Service Titan familiarity is a plus! • Basic phone skills required • Basic computer skills required Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
