Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00/hour* + Commission/Bonus

Reports to: Executive Director, Dodgers 365

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and close business with strategic sales targetsDesign, develop and implement annual sales plans targeted towards growth, innovation and maximization of inventory and opportunityBuild and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners and leverage these relationships in order to reach goals and deliver memorable experiencesStrategically identify direct outbound sales efforts, actively make sales calls to new prospects and drive business development opportunitiesDevelop and evolve Dodgers 365 CRM process and associated reporting and functionality in collaboration with the Analytics TeamAbility to forecast sales projections and analysis to prepare regular reportsDevelop cross selling strategies with other Internal Sales Teams and lead marketing campaign efforts across the yearWork with marketing team to further specifics projects, collateral creation / design, event proposals; strong event marketing and design experience is desiredEngage current & prospective clients effectively in order to build relationships, create repeat clients and consistently exceed client service expectationsAbility to transition events to Programs & Services Team with big picture client and organizational goals top of mindEvaluate current event offerings and help further the mission of designing a 365-day programming platformRepresent Dodgers 365 at industry tradeshows, sales missions, meetings and eventsPrepare and lead site visits and presentation of all Dodgers Stadium venuesPerform related duties as assignedBasic Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field5-7+ years of qualified sales and events management experience required.Ability to cultivate lasting relationships with clients to grow brand loyaltyAbility to provide a proactive and hands-on approach while maintaining a long term, strategic view of client objectivesPrior sports industry or stadium or arena venue experience preferredAbility to develop and maintain relationships with external and internal partnersExperience, knowledge and interest in baseballDemonstrated ability to successfully design and implement cross-functional projectsOutstanding skills managing client relationships, budgets, processes and timelinesResults and revenue focused with strong attention to detail paired with strong organizational skillsAbility to interact positively with customers and build long term relationshipsPossess excellent reasoning, problem-solving, creative thinking, and communication skillsAbility to perform duties independently under general, minimal supervision with specific assignmentsProficient in Salesforce, Microsoft OfficeMust be able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends when necessaryMaintain a good understanding of organizational structure, goals, and mission
